“Absolute rubbish!! Rang them up to make sure they had stock, which they had. Then asked for assurance of next day delivery, this was given. Rang back to find out what the tracking number was only to be told that they had not been dispatched, a glitch in the paper work apparently. Thank You Jess and team!!!”

Hi Steve I’m sorry we let you down with a promised next day delivery. I have had a chance to look into this as it is extremely unusual that we fail in this way. Unfortunately half our despatch staff were off sick yesterday (a bug’s been working its way round the company) including our despatch coordinator who normally ensures urgent despatches run sweetly. Jess did send down your order to the Warehouse on Despatch Today paperwork but the two guys left to hold the fort were very stretched and did not spot it in time. So yes we did fail and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this no doubt caused you. I understand you have cancelled the order – which is fine – but if you wish to reinstate it we will of course take extra care to ensure it is despatched today. Once again, my apologies.
