“Service and delivery were excellent. Order arrived 25 hours after I ordered on line. Goods arrived in excellent condition well packaged. I would definitely use this firm again.”

“The product is great and the delivery was quick,and efficient.... .however..... when I unwrapped the plastic sheets, they snapped open so violently and so fast that one of them cracked and is useless. :-( Maybe it would help if you printed a caution on the packing, so that others don't lose their products. I have now,only got 75% of my order which is a great shame Are you able to rectify this for me?”

“I still have not received my goods so I cannot comment at the moment They were meant to arrive Wednesday 16 December but to date, Thursday 17 December, I am still awaiting delivery I had to take a day off work which I can ill afford at this time of year The review only rated as poor due to delivery service The items are as expected”

I apologise on behalf of Parcelforce that they took a day longer than usual to deliver your goods - probably due to the high volume of Christmas deliveries. I was pleased to see online that they did in fact complete your delivery later on Thursday 17th, after you filed your review. I hope everything is OK with your order - if not please let us know.

“I purchased a water tight frame that could be used outside. This was for a photo of our 16 year old cat that recently passed away and we wanted to find a frame fit for purpose. So far the weather has not been kind to us and the rain has been plentiful against the photo. I'm pleased to say that not one drop has got through to the photo and it has remained perectly dry. Great product and works exactly as described on the tin! Thanks”
