“Fantastic customer service and super speedy response to update my order before shipment. Also the black steel cables and black Bee-Line hooks I ordered are superb, love the design and quality. This is how good customer service should look like. Will definitely order again.”

“Parcelforce made a mess of the first product sent, but customer service were excellent, sending a replacement immediately despite it not being their fault. Product itself (quad-poster frame) is perfect and well worth the money. Many thanks”
