“The product was as described and of a good quality. Easy to install and works well. Delivery time could have been quicker but still got the items within 4 days. Overall very pleased.”

“Ordering and delivery were straight forward and efficient. The leaflet holder works well but I would have preferred a means to secure it which was more tamper proof. The design allows the box to be simply lifted off its screws.”

“The product was delivered promptly and was as expected however the shipping costs charged of £4.74 were far too high and totally disproportionate to the cost of 1 Jiffy bag and a package with a weight of only 60gm which would give a Royal mail cost of 98pence as a large letter (up to 100gm but thicker than 0.5cm) Subsequent to this comment Sign Holders replied I was caught by the automatic pricing of on-line delivery charges as my order was very small and hence incurred a disproportionate cost which I accept”

Calculation of shipping charges in online shops has to be an automated process and you were charged our lowest price band for smaller postable orders. It is highly unusual for an order placed with us to be quite this small and I understand that in this specific case the charge might appear excessive.

“Item well priced, good quality and quickly despatched. However I phoned Customer Services to confirm shipping costs, as Highlands & Islands were a (more expensive) option but not defined on the website. I live in Aberdeenshire but after providing my postcode I was mis-advised that I fell into the H&I area, which would have made the purchase uneconomic once shipping costs were added. Fortunately I went back to the website and completed the purchase, during which post codes were identified which did not include mine, so after all that I paid normal postage. Without this palaver, I would have scored you 5 stars!”

“Very swift delivery. The sign holders are exactly as described and work well. I can't say how long they will last as I've only had them a few days, so I've given them 4 stars. So far I'm very pleased.”
