“Whilst Green Magic have been excellent and swift with delivery, sadly their collection process has been extremely slow and although my fault in ordering incorrectly, I ahve now been waiting for over a week for the initial order to be collected and I have paid for this to be collected and returned to them.”

I am pleased you have found our deliveries speedy. Sorry for the delay arranging a pick-up of the item you ordered by mistake - as we mentioned the person here who looks after collections was unexpectedly off sick for a few days. This has now been arranged for tomorrow taking account of your specific opening hours.

Thanks for your valuable feedback which has been noted. Regrettably it costs us the same to despatch a single long poster snap as it does to send a large quantity. So unfortunately for a few over-size products which cannot easily be sent by post, delivery can cost as much as the product - when purchased singly .

“Next day delivery on my item. Well Packaged. Pleased with my order (1 x Poster Snap 1200mm wide). I really only needed the 'top' bar, however, it turns out one can move one of the hanging 'rings' (I only need one) from the 'top bar', and put it into the 'bottom bar' making two 'top bars'. Ideal. It's perhaps a shame you don't get a couple of spare 'hanging rings' for heavier duty use.”

“The frames are very flimsy and I think I am going to return them. They are required for high usage and I think they would snap after opening and closing a few times.”
