“I purchased some small items on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier, Parcelforce, let the team down by not delivering on the Friday. It was highly disappointing, however this is not Green Magic's fault and the level of service received, in particular, by Keith, was amazing. He quickly arranged a refund of the next day delivery cost and was very empathetic. Would definitely use again, and perhaps stick to good old fashioned royal mail in the future.”
