“Excellent product. My only problem was your website. Having chosen my item I simply could not move to the basket. No matter where I clicked it would not work. It may be an age thing but your site was not OAP proof. In the end, I resorted to a "traditional" way and telephoned where I was immediately connected to a very helpful lady who talked me through with immediate success. The old ways rule OK!”

“Ordered a batch of leaflet holders and when the courier delivered they dropped the box on the floor making a loud noise. When we opened the box we found 5 had been damaged. This company immediately sent out replacements when requested. Very good service.”

“Very poor customer service . I pay extra for next day delivery . 4 days later my parcel still wasn't delivered. After week my money still its not refund nobody wants reply on my email.”

“I must admit as a very non tech person I didn't find your website very easy. I knew what we wanted but couldn't find it! However once found I managed to order without a problem. The cabinet was out of stock but delivered as soon as it became available.”

“Exceptional service!!!! Original item was lost by the courier (no fault of sign holders - green magic). Spoke briefly with them on the phone and they sent out a replacement that arrived the following day. Couldn't ask for a better customer service, thanks so much!”

“Items on the website were very clear, in terms of picture and description, and the ordering process was very smooth. I did not expect to receive my next day delivery for an order placed on Friday until the next business day (Monday), but it arrived on Saturday, and the goods were all as described and expected. Prices appear to be competitive. There was also no requirement to buy in bulk, which was great.”
