“I sent two gift packets and was disappointed. First was for Hayes London which was delivered on June 09, 2022 instead of June 08, 2022 and it had no clue of the sender although I had given my name and address. Second packet was for Glasgow Scotland and was supposed to be delivered on June 08, 2022 but it has not been delivered so far and I have not been informed about the fate of this parcel. I used this service first time from Canada but highly disappointed. Please let me know the position. Sadly none of my email was responded.”

“We loved the fresh taste of the ingredients, which made this food delivery very delicious. By having all the ingredients separate in tiny containers, this meant the flavour combinations were controlled by us. Usually delivered food has already been pre-made which gives a chance for all the ingredients to fuse and react together, so by the time it arrives at your door the flavour explosions have already disappated. This was not the case with our meal kit.”

“Amazing food from the shop, we loved everything we bought. We got the falafel meal kit as part of our order which was good value and fun to do at home. - very tasty! The rest of the deli food was all delicious too but quite expensive so probably wouldn't order again unless a special occasion.”

“I bought the Chicken Musakhan Feast plus a few other bits. The instructions are easy to follow, the portions very generous, and the food really delicious. The Turkish delight was the best I’ve ever had! The Sangak bread was the only small disappoinment - it was drier and less flavourful than Sangak I’ve had before. I’d highly recommend Arabica and will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“We have just come back from North Africa 2 weeks ago and we were craving Arabic food. This hit the spot and then some. I wish we hadn’t followed the instructions on cooking the flatbreads. I think 10-20 seconds in the microwave would have been better than the overnight for a minute. But other than that it was amazing. Vine leaves in particular were special and we loved how many vegan options there were. Yes it’s on the pricey side for what you get but the food is as good as you would get in a restaurant so worked out cheaper in the end than going out. We would order again for a special occasion”

“These vegan baklava were fantastic! I wanted to leave a review on the website for them, but couldn’t see how to do it. I LOVE baklava, but also trying to be vegan whenever I can. Often vegan alternatives to what I enjoy eating are a little disappointing, but these were absolutely delicious, just as crunchy, flavoursome and satisfying as the originals. I really hope you will extend the range to include all your varieties of baklava for vegans.”
