“What a revelation - I did not believe you could get food of this quality delivered. Also the quantity meant we had two separate meals. The wine was excellent. We shall certainly be re-ordering in the not too distant future.”

“We were amazed at the quality and freshness of all the food supplied in the mezze kit we ordered. The pretty leaflet supplied describing what each item was, the clear and concise cooking instruction on those items which needed to be cooked/re-heated but, best of all, we ate the most delicious feast. It arrived extremely well packaged. Overall an excellent experience and well worth the cost, would highly recommend.”

“This was the first time we ordered food online from Arabica. We pushed the boat out and ordered over £100 worth of food. Very disappointed when we opened the box to find that the supposedly "cool" packaging hadn't kept the food chilled at all. There were two small ice-blocks at the bottom of the box, so the food right next to them was still cool - but everything else was at room temperature. We popped it all straight in the fridge hoping it would be ok for that evening, but when we sat down to eat we discovered that the hummous and baba ganoush tasted off and had to be thrown away. V v disappointed, particularly given that when we have ordered meals from other places (e.g. Rick Stein) they have arrived in perfect condition. We won't be ordering again.”

Dear Catherine, We try our best to provide an exceptional service and make every attempt to package the items very carefully with 3-5 ice packs depending on the size of the order but from time to time mistakes happen when the kitchen are packing hundreds of orders. We are equally disappointed to hear that a couple of your items didn't travel well and believe one of the customer care team have been in touch to generously refund you for those two items. We hope this may have restored a little faith in Arabica and you may be tempted to try us again some time. Kindest regards James

“Bought as a lockdown 30 birthday present. Ordering and delivery all very easy and smooth. The recipients loved the food, which was the vegan meze kit and described it as the best meal they have had for ages. They found it fun and easy to follow the instructions, and enjoyed eating stuff they wouldn’t usually know how to make!”

“We ordered three meals from Arabica and they were excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty and we enjoyed all of the dishes. Care was taken in the presentation and we had a great weekend of food - will definitely be ordering again!”

“The food was actually excellent. Very good hummus and labneh in particular. Nice fatayir and kibbeh. The tabbouleh could perhaps have been a bit mintier and more lemony. That's a bit of a quibble, I know, given that it really needs to be made and consumed absolutely fresh: the best I ever had was in a private house in Damascus in the early 1980s - and I watched it being made. So I simply add the comment as a nuance.”

“This is the first time we have ordered a meal from Arabica and we found the selection of dishes excellent. The packaging of the food was also excellent and everything arrived fresh. We would not hesitate to order another meal and to recommend Arabica to our friends.”

“We were very excited to receive our falafel kit. My 10 year old daughter took charge with a little bit of help from daddy. The finished result was fantastic and one of the few meals that the whole family were happy to all eat the same. We will definitely be back for more!”

“Read about you in the Spectator and thought this would be ideal for my wife’s birthday. Ordered the vegetarian meze plus a few other bits and pieces so the delivery was free. Arrived on time beautifully packed. All the food was wonderful. So much better than a takeaway. Enough food for a repeat performance a second night. Would definitely order again.”
