“Order notification for 17/12 not 21/12 as requested: delivery not received until 18/12: numbers on photos in booklet differ to those in the text & on the various elements. Not great - so unplanned arrival means delayed preparation. It’s doubtful that we’ll return for further orders”

Dear Michael, Sincerest apologies. We dispatched your order on time but our third-party couriers experienced several positive Covid cases that week and the combination of a surge in orders and a shortage of delivery drivers on the network impacted the service on that particular delivery date. One of the customer service team will be in touch on Tuesday 4th when they are back in the office to try and make up for the disappointment caused. “Can't fault their food and service. We've ordered bulk meze deliveries to multiple addresses (for our staff) a few times now, and it's always correct (albit with last minute changes our end!), on-time and tastes amazing. Thank you.”

“What a fantastic delivery. We ordered the Meze for two and it was brilliant. The parcel was great - like a lucky dip of goodies. Very generous proportions and so tasty. Enough for a meal with leftovers for lunch too. We are already planning what we want to order next.”

“Absolutely gorgeous food! We changed our usual habit and didn’t order a meze, but instead ordered a few individual dishes from the menu. The aubergine kibbeh, vegetable maloubeh, Levantine lentil salad and labneh were all wonderful but the star of the show was the Chicken Musakhan. It was sublime. BBQ/ smoky and tender - the flavour was incredible. If you haven’t already tried food from Arabica, what are you waiting for? You won’t be disappointed.”

“Loved every bit of it from unpacking the box of wonderfulness to the atmospheric soundtrack! Fun to put the meal together and the flavours were stunning. Even classics like hummus were elevated by the addition of beautiful herbs and dressings. Made for a great family party. Can't wait to do it again.”

“We had the vegan feast and we really enjoyed it! The Muhammara is a particular favourite of ours and this time the chickpea stew was very good. Everything arrived as described on the correct day. Overall we are very happy with the meal kit from Arabica and will order again.”

“The food is delicious and there is plenty of choice for vegetarians. There is nothing we have ordered that we haven’t enjoyed. Love the bread which just completes the meal. Definitely recommend. Delivery is well organised and goods are well packed.”

“Our meal order was delivered very well packed and exactly on time. The meal centred on lamb and potato boregi with seven different meze. It was all delicious especially the chickpea stew. You cannot fault the service or very high standard of the meal.”

“The dishes were all fresh, tasty and, most importantly, not too salty. The vegetable magloubeh was delicious but could have done with more vegetables rather than rice. The baklava was very disappointing. Both the pastry and the filling lacked any taste and were far too sweet. Will be ordering again, but NOT the baklava.”

“I have again ordered the at home meals from Arabica. This time I ordered for delivery to two different addresses so that we could have a virtual dinner party with our daughter and son-in-law. The food was again extremely high quality and we all commented as to what a step up it was from even our good local restaurants of this style of food. Plus the amount of food you get for the price is fantastic. Great food, great delivery, superb value. What is not to like?”
