“We have had 2 meals from Arabica they're brillent! The food is delicious and generous portions. Highly recommend if you love food this is great food.”

“All products are v good quality, however: 1. There was no baklava in our Lebanese beef meatball box 2. The box arrived pretty smashed up - of the packs inside the tabouleh was broken, though still edible Disappointed, as I filled in the "contact us" form on the website but I've yet to hear anything”

Dear Anthony, Sincerest apologies about the missing baklava and the state in which your shipment arrived from our third-party couriers. We take care in packing every order with lots of shredded cardboard but from time to time the orders are mishandled in transit and the sharp edges of the ice packs shatter the containers on rare occasions. Rest assured nobody has ignored your email. The customer service team have all taken a few well earned days of annual leave after a very busy festive period. They finished after dispatching orders on the 29th and their first day back into the office is Tuesday 4th January. One of the team will be in touch on Tuesday to discuss the missing Baklava and damages. I hope you still managed to have an enjoyable new year meal. Warmest wishes James Founder

“Customer service great I managed to add to a first order Order arrived on time Well packaged , with good instructions to prepare the meal. Tasted great. Waiting for the pudding now So good we didn’t have to cook or prepare from scratch Recommend , if you like Mediterranean food and Mezze as l do .”

“We've used and enjoyed Arabica on a number of occasions. This time you let us down. Date night was on Tuesday. Meal turned up on Wednesday. A generic non personal email was sent to us to say that you would fail to deliver on the date agreed. You did not respond to any of our emails. At the same time as you were failing to respond you were actively encouraging others to sign up for Christmas orders. It was hurtful that you prioritised others over us. In your rush to maximise revenue you have given this loyal customer a bad experience. We used to recommend Arabica. We will be recommending not to use them in the future.”

Dear Richard, We are profusely sorry that your order wasn’t delivered by our third party courier on Tuesday 21st December. Your order was scheduled for collection from our kitchens at midday on Monday. At 5.30pm a member of our team was still waiting for the courier to collect hundreds of orders. We spent most of the afternoon trying to get through to the central depot, until we finally managed to speak to our account manager just after 5pm who advised us that they were working with a skeleton team and a number of drivers had tested positive for Covid in London which was causing significant impact to the service. We immediately wrote a generic message to advise all of our valued customers that there would be delay to the delivery that was out of hands and we followed up with you the following day to arrange a full refund. We take pride in what we do and off the back of the failed collection on Monday 21st, we suspended any further orders for Christmas Eve that evening and took the decision to bring forward our delivery scheduled for the 24th by one day as security against a repeat incident to ensure we would fulfil all of our Christmas orders. I appreciate the refund doesn’t make up for the disappointment caused but we are trying our best to navigate these exceptionally challenging times and this matter was really out of our hands. I hope you at least enjoyed the complimentary food the following day, but I apologise again that date night didn’t go to plan. Festive wishes James Walters Founder

“Your food is delicious but please please change your couriers! DPD are appalling, the box was dropped by the corner of a house 3 doors away. No attempt to ring or knock on any door (a neighbour saw this). He just left £150 worth of our celebration meal in the street. Dreadful service!”

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your personal experience with DPD. Our general experience since switching to them over 18 months ago has been 98% positive. We are aware that they have been struggling to cope with the increased demand in the lead up to Christmas with a reduced number of drivers working within the network due to covid. I am hoping this was an isolated incident with a rogue, careless driver! We will be picking this up and feeding your experience back to our account manager shortly. We are glad to hear that you did receive your food and hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
