The shoes look good and value for money but are tight fitting I ordered one size above and till.too neat so will have to get them stretched

1 Pair of Wellingtons, 1 pair of Chelsea style safety boots & 1 pair of slippers - all UK Size 9. The slippers were much too small and I have returned them for a refund - disappointing that despite ordering the correct size I have to pay for the postage. Will need to consider using in future as if sizing comes up different it will cost me to return

A fantastic price and fast delivery, however, I was delivered the wrong boots. Could not be bothered to get into the whole return, refund and reorder rigmarole so have just accepted them. They’re ok but not what I ordered. Right brand though and at that price, will accept them.

Shoes were very tight fitting. Good quality though. Could not return them as it would cost me money to do so. I think they should be free return.

I would rate shoe station 5 stars but however couldn't because they don't have a good return policy i gave 3 stars. They only allow for you to get a exchange on the size of the exact shoe purchased but can't exchange for a different type of design. But they quickly agreed the refund. Please change your policy

The boots I bought are quality and fit very well. I had to send a previous purchase back which I had to pay for myself and at £17.70 made my purchase a lot more expensive than I expected.

Dear Shoe Station - your Coolers ankle slippers are American sizes not UK sizes - EG a mans 9/10 is = to a womens UK 7/8. Your product arrived promptly and was as described except for the sizing. Please make clear to your customers as part of the description.

I had no problem buying what I wanted - a pair of Harley Davidson boots - which arrived quickly. Communication was great. However, though I ordered the correct size the boots were way to small. No bigger size was available and I had to pay nearly £10 to return the boots. Some information on the fit of the footwear your selling would be helpful, a wider range of sizes and reviews to inform customers whether what there buying really will fit. I am sadly unlikely to order again because of the return postage cost.

The shoes arrived quickly and were well-packaged, however they were too small (I bought a size 6 and usually I am a a size 4) and the material was very stiff. Therefore I had to send them back, and annoyingly I had to pay to post them. I got the refund quickly but I would have liked to be refunded for the postage too as I had to pay about £10 to receive and return them.
