“Tried to return a faulty pair of boots and was told it was a fitting problem and I would need to pay the return postage. I have been the same size shoe since I was 14 so basically made out to be a liar. Emailed in 3 times then had to call. Was eventually sent a prepaid label. Never have I ever experienced this kind of behaviour from a company I have dealt with. I would avoid in future.”

Hi Craig, Apologies for this, indeed we do not usually pay for the return of an order. However, we do like happy customers. So we provided a pre-paid label to you. Like all brands sizing can vary, this is very common. Of this item, we have sold 1000's of them with little to no sizing issues. Thanks, ShoeStation Direct

“Competitive price. Quick free delivery. I think the shoes I bought might have been " seconds " as the box had an "S" sticker. If I remember correctly, "S" means sub standard or slight second. However, I could be mistaken about this. I don't think it said that in the item description. However, that being said, I am pleased with my purchase and will certainly use ShoeStationDirect again.”

“The delivery was very quick and arrived on time. The item had to be returned for no other reason than the boots did not fit, returning was simple and the refund was automatic which was fantastic. Would definitely buy again from this company.”
