Tried to return a faulty pair of boots and was told it was a fitting problem and I would need to pay the return postage. I have been the same size shoe since I was 14 so basically made out to be a liar. Emailed in 3 times then had to call. Was eventually sent a prepaid label. Never have I ever experienced this kind of behaviour from a company I have dealt with. I would avoid in future.
