“The size of the shoes is too big and I bought the size that I wear which is 5. Now I have to return but I don’t know what to do!”

“The boots I bought are quality and fit very well. I had to send a previous purchase back which I had to pay for myself and at £17.70 made my purchase a lot more expensive than I expected.”

“Dear Shoe Station - your Coolers ankle slippers are American sizes not UK sizes - EG a mans 9/10 is = to a womens UK 7/8. Your product arrived promptly and was as described except for the sizing. Please make clear to your customers as part of the description.”

“I had no problem buying what I wanted - a pair of Harley Davidson boots - which arrived quickly. Communication was great. However, though I ordered the correct size the boots were way to small. No bigger size was available and I had to pay nearly £10 to return the boots. Some information on the fit of the footwear your selling would be helpful, a wider range of sizes and reviews to inform customers whether what there buying really will fit. I am sadly unlikely to order again because of the return postage cost.”

“The shoes arrived quickly and were well-packaged, however they were too small (I bought a size 6 and usually I am a a size 4) and the material was very stiff. Therefore I had to send them back, and annoyingly I had to pay to post them. I got the refund quickly but I would have liked to be refunded for the postage too as I had to pay about £10 to receive and return them.”
