Followed the fitting guidelines exactly and the bra didn’t fit. Much too tight have to size up 2 band sizes which from other reviews seems v common. I didn’t check this before unfortunately as I trusted their fitting guide. Have to pay now to return so it’s very poor. Don’t feel very happy

Placed an order Got confirmation order was on the way Then got an email a few days later Sorry item now out of stock so refunding Not the best service to be told your order is confirmed and on the way then to be informed actually no it’s not we don’t have it I could of find elsewhere had I just been told before you took my money that it actually was no longer available Didn’t even get offered alternative colour etc Very poor service and communication

My order hasn’t been delivered yet. The actress was wrong. I called and had the address changed but still haven’t received my order.

Have worn this make in the past, so I ordered my usual size (36D). The cup size was no larger than a B and I struggled to do the bra up. In addition to paying for delivery, the cost to return it was £7.30. An expensive experience!

Really odd fit. Not comfortable at all. Very difficult to do the fastening clips.

These bras are great but I feel the sizing is really off. I used to go up by one size but recently re ordered and cannot do it up even though one size up. Therefore will try 2 sizes but am am always 32G so buying 36G seems crazy. The other problem is having to pay postage so I’ll purchase from a supplier that doesn’t charge to return. As the return cost me £7 in order to get it covered for £100 as I had purchased 2 bras 34Ff and 34G. Both of which I couldn’t do up.

I ordered a shock adsorber bra over a week ago and received an email to say it was shopped a week ago. I have not received the delivery or any other communication. This is causing concern.
