I don't normally write reviews and wouldn't this time except that I have not received my goods so I guess my money back would be a good place to start.

I have taken a look into this issue for you and can see that your order was dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days of you placing your order, however with the Royal Mail strikes that are taking place throughout the whole of December, delivery times will be impacted and so we can't guarantee certain dates for delivery. I have 2 other sports bras which are fine. This product size is not correct. it was probably over 2 inches short. Not sure who their supplier is but won't be buying again sorry

I am so disappointed with my order. I purchased it online and it was so small even though i ordered above my actual size to be careful. It's so disheartening when sports brands claim to offer large sizes for women with large breasts.

Very uncomfortable, did not fit well. Having to pay for returns means I wouldn’t order again.

This sports bra is the worse fitting bra I have ever purchased. The returns process is not easy either as I do not have a printer.

Went on your websites recommendation on sizing and there is no support so have to return. However I have to pay for return even though I followed your guide. You shouldn’t recommended customers who have to pay for our misguidance.

Item ordered was different to the item received. Apparently I’ve received the correct item, even though the pictures online are different to what I have received. Told on this occasion I would be refunded returns postage as if you’re doing me a favour. No liability admitted although pictures clearly prove both items are different. I’m expected to return the item as you apparently don’t offer a collection service but this will be at a cost to me! Waiting on a response to my email currently.

I have bought a shock absorber s crop top bra before from a proper running shop so thought this one would be the same but unfortunately not they barely covered my boobs even though I put correct size in 32ff the quality off material was so thin and unable to support so disappointing please make quality bras for bigger boobs 😔 it would be alright for anyone with small chest size for only gym

Thank you for asking. I don't like to be negative. I would appreciate being able to go to a shop to get my sports bra fitted - as in the past. I have returned my bra as I found it too tight around the band after looking at your advice of getting the proper fitting. I asked for advice on this website which gave me no more information than I already have. I am left not knowing what size to get. I don't want to incur any further postage in needing to return again. I really love the shock absorber but am not willing to order another 3 sizes in the hope of getting the right size, which I think I might need to do to narrow down the correct size for myself.

I am pleased that you’ve given me a chance to review the ultimate run bra, although it’s not so much about the bra it’s self it’s more to do with on the advice you give prospective customers. The advice when purchasing this item says that the above bra size comes in quite small so advises to go up a bra size which I did. So I took note of this advice and ordered the size up. So now I find there’s not enough support whilst actually running. I’ve altered the shoulder straps to the smallest length so consequently the surplus strap pokes out from under the shoulder strap. It does not stay tucked in. I really wish that I hadn’t listened to your advice. Because I’ve now ended up with a very expensive run bra which I’m not wearing. Possibly I should have ordered my usual size and the size up as you advise, but you charge £4.00+ for postage but you also charge the same amount to return an unwanted item making this even more expensive. So as you can imagine I’m very unhappy with my purchase & will not be dealing with this company nor shall I recommend this company!

Bought for my daughter for Chritmas. At first great but by the end of February it was the wire was coming out. Very diappointed for such an expensive item, especially when it was a gift.
