“To be honest the service was a mixed bag of lost/missed info both I suppose mine and Sherpr, but in the end it went smoothly mainly thanks to a member of the ground crew for bhf setting up the finish line unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she really helped me bridge the gap between myself and Sherpr apart from that a smooth transition that’s why I gave 5 stars”
“These guys have absolutely saved my bacon.
Having entered the British Heart Foundation London-Brighton bike ride I discovered quite near the time of the event that Southern Railways do not allow full size bikes on their trains on sundays.
I thought that I would need to cancel and was absolutely gutted.
Enter SHERPR, not only did I now have a means of getting my bike home from the event, SHERPR also gave me the opportunity to meet them at a handy location on Saturday to give them my bike.
All I had to do was get myself to the start line this morning and my bike was there waiting for me.
I will meet the SHERPR representative tomorrow at the same spot as Saturday and pick the bike up. This has made the whole London-Brighton experience totally trouble free.
I will definitely be looking into their other services. This service for a skiing or golf trip would make life so easy. 5/5 from me!!!”
“Great service from prior to the event through to the finish. Easy and simple process of dropping off and picking up, and great flexibility of timings. Fantastic staff - helpful and friendly :) Would highly recommend, as I was then able to get the train at anytime without the pressure of a time limit or too long waiting for buses to fill up. Wouldn't consider any other service now for next year, thank you!”

“Very good and efficient service, much better than making own arrangements and very good value. Staff at both drop-off and pick-up were friendly, I would use the service again for this or other events.
One suggestion, more and bigger signs for the drop-off point at the finish line would be very helpful as the map supplied in the email simply gave Madeira Drive with the pin in the centre (this is a very long road).

“The bike was transported with no damage. The drop-off and pick-up points were clearly marked on maps in an email and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I wish we had until 8pm (instead of 7pm on the Monday) to pick up our bikes to make it easier to get there from work in time without any stress”
