“Ordered slippers - they took a while to arrive (just over a week maybe?) but were good quality. Unfortunately they were too small for the person I’d bought them for but they were easy to return and I received a full refund.”

“On wanting to return a pair of slippers , I emailed twice to ask for a return label as I don't have a printer , neither of my e mails were replied to . It would have been nice if they had to show some good customer service . It has put me off ordering anything again .Also the wrong colour was sent .”
