“I ordered two pairs of slippers and only received one pair. The delivery note showed two should be in the package. I contacted the company and have received a very prompt response saying that the missing pair will be sent to me. So, not a good delivery but a very good response to my query.”

“I think it is a good budget option. Sadly I learned it is made in China. For some reason I thought it is made here in England, but gain the price is nice and my feet are warm.”
