“Despatch and delivery good. My only problem is with questionable product description on the website. Slippers purchased as a gift for a friend and he is pleased with them. However, it states they are " Wool mix" lined, and they possibly are, but on the actual slippers it says 100% wool which they are not. Also the product description does not give a country of manufacture. The ones purchased are Chinese, and I would not have purchased them if I had known this.”

“Helpful sales people surprised slippers made in China.Problem With return as needed a larger size and could not get code on smart phone neighbour printed a label for me.Then not a problem returned on Saturday received exchange following Sunday,pleased to be able to order over the phone and not on line helpful for older people.”

“My experience was marred by the Royal Mail strikes having to wait over 3 weeks for delivery which came just few days before Xmas. Unfortunately I ordered more this time paying for courier which came very quickly. Highly advise to do that if strikes are on. I also had to pay more for them as sale was on on previous pair . When they came the Leo style were too small wish to order couple sizes bigger but they don’t go to a size 13, infact not much choice in that size. Had to ring customer service and they were lovely and polite. The slippers are very nice , warm and very comfortable . I’d purchased these as I have a pair and I love them so decided to gift to family will be back for more!”

“Good company to deal with. I purchased from their own website as it was cheaper than going through their store on Amazon. My purchase was out of stock at the time I paid but they were despatched on the day they said they would be. They were sent out next day delivery but arrived a week later. This was not their fault, it was down to the Royal Mail strikes.”

“Recently purchased two pairs of Women's Elena deluxe Sheepskin slippers - they are lovely warm slippers. I just wish I had been offered the 10% discount for giving a review after purchasing the first pair before purchasing a second pair a week later that would have been much appreciated as they are expensive but worth it.”

“Beautifully made, really good quality and lovely colour, but unfortunately for me the material was going inside my ear so it was really itchy! If the company thought about making it a little flatter or a small piece of material to protect the inside of the ear would be better. But 5/5 for quality, colour and appearance.”
