“Lovely slippers, good quality. Paid for next day delivery but took 5 days to arrive. Don’t pay for next day delivery as sent by Royal Mail and delivery not as promised”

“Slippers arrived in good time Although I’ve not worn them yet as the weather has not been cold enough I really look forward to wearing them when it turns much colder as they look so cosy and warm.”

“I ordered two pairs of sheepskin slippers. Unfortunately the people who packed the slippers sent me my order plus an order for a lady on the other side of the country. The size was the same but they were men’s instead of ladies. As it happened they fitted me and I didn’t mind. I phoned and explained that the other lady might not be too pleased as she had a ladies pair of slippers for a man. The assistant thanked me for letting them know and said she would sort it out. Extra work for everyone when more care in packing was all that was needed.”

“The product I ordered came quick and efficiently, was very pleased as this was a gift for my husband. After about a week of wearing the lining inside of the slipper keeps ruffling up and makes it uncomfortable wear.”

“The quality of the design and materials are good. When delivered mine were too small and I thought the lining would compress to the right size. I soon realised it was not the thickness of the lining. Having worn them l did not return them and feel disappointed I paid for slippers could not use. I contacted the company and ordered a further two pairs, a size larger, with a view of returning if not suitable. They were good. In fact I gifted one pair to my son You need to inform customers that they need to purchase a size larger. Regards”
