I ordered two pairs of sheepskin slippers. Unfortunately the people who packed the slippers sent me my order plus an order for a lady on the other side of the country. The size was the same but they were men’s instead of ladies. As it happened they fitted me and I didn’t mind. I phoned and explained that the other lady might not be too pleased as she had a ladies pair of slippers for a man. The assistant thanked me for letting them know and said she would sort it out. Extra work for everyone when more care in packing was all that was needed.
