“At the time of writing (which is pre-delivery) my comments and commendations necessarily relate to the ordering process alone. The website provides an excellent basis for informed choice and, crucially, is backed up by very good customer service on the phone line. A bit of a wait for the call to be answered but it was worth persevering, to have all queries satisfactorily settled.”
