“Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond eg he advised that I order a special mat to use with my riser desk and that I order different wheel castors more suited to my laminate flooring. Jack is professional and courteous .. before touching my chair with me sat in it, he checked if I was ok with him making notifications to ensure my seat was adapted to suit my issues. There was a delay with the correct seat pan and Jack arranged for me to keep a new chair until the correct item was delivered. Staff in the back office were friendly and kept me up to date with progress. I’m extremely happy with the service and product!”
