“Jack from Shape - Posture Seating provided a professional and efficient service during the delivery and installation of the equipments. The chair and leg rest were set up carefully, with adjustments made to ensure comfort and suitability. Clear guidance was given on how to use the equipment, and additional recommendations for further supportive equipment were explained. Overall, the experience was very positive, and the I was satisfied with both the supported service and the outcome. Thank you!”

“I wanted to pass on how excellent the assessment I had from Mark Hallam, he completely set me at ease and helped me reset my chair to how it should have been originally set up for me. The whole assessment was informative and helpful and I would recommend anyone even if they feel they don't need one to go through the process as it has completely changed the way I work.”

“Following an issue with a Keyboard/Mouse combo. I sought advice from SHAPE who were unaware of any previous issues with these particular items. However, agreed to send our replacements - without me having to "Jump through Hoops". Excellent customer service and executed in a timely fashion. Thank you Mark. Yours Austin.”

“Great experience after a faulty product. I purchased an i29 chair over 2 years ago after a friend recommended Shape, and recently there was an issue with either the gas chamber or the mechanism itself meaning the chair wouldn't stay up. After sending an email Shape replied a few days later explaining they were sending Jack to my property 2 weeks later with replacement parts. Jack attempted to replace the part they thought was at fault, but this didn't fix the issue, it ended up being another part. After a couple more weeks another person Will visited with an entireley new mechanism which was essentially 3/4 of the entire chair and replaced the faulty parts. meaning the chair is now almost new. Both Jack and Will were extremeley nice, welcoming and friendly even with the difficult time trying to fix the problem on both occasions. Although the product had an issue over 2 years after purchasing, the customer service and quality of the aftercare was excellent and I'm very happy it's finally been fixed. I don't often write reviews until I've used the product for some time and this was a perfect example of how to care for customers after purchasing and therefore I thought a review was necessary.”

“I ordered a small electric standing desk,to fit my narrow office space, after a lot of searching. The desk works brilliantly, easily and stabily rising and lowering. Even with the small 80*60 size I needed, I can fit my treadmill underneath. Transformed my home office.”

“Outstanding customer service with a personal touch. I ordered a stand-sit desk from Shape as they were one of the view companies which offered smaller sizes. The desk arrived promptly but unfortunately, the tabletop had a few marks on the side where it wasn't handled with care by the courier. However, the company replaced the tabletop quickly with next-day delivery. Very happy with my desk, which is excellent quality and very happy with the customer service I received. Can only recommend this company.”

“I'm delighted with my sit stand desk. I needed a narrow one for an alcove and all the other narrow ones I found were too big. This is perfect and I already feel so much better for having it. Mark was so helpful and also gave me really useful advice about how to choose the right chair. I really appreciate the advice and service and I'd recommend the company to anyone.
