“Actually you sent the wrong item - I am looking for the fibre head for the cleaning extension pole for the Window Vacuum. The vacuum is not attached - it is a cleaner "head" that fits onto the extension pole - the item you sent is for fitting onto the blade on the top of the bottle of cleaner”

“After many hours searching for my part on line, without success. I came across Septimus Spares and inquired about my part using their live chat option that they provide. The service was fantastic. Neil my customer advisor was very efficient and Identified that there were 2 possible parts and sent me diagrams to pick the one I wanted. The whole process took less than 5 mins and was very easy. A big thank you to Neil. The part arrived in 4 days which is good and about average for a free post item and their price promise refund was issued within 3 days so another big thanks to Anne in accounts for sorting that. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company and I definitely recommend them and will use them again.”
