“I have a very old obscure Pressure Washer that doesn't appear on any website. Neil (I think it was) took my call on a Saturday and used the serial number to identify the part. It was not on the regular database but he searched elsewhere, found it and phoned me back with the part number. I ordered it online and it came in two or three days. Top class service, the way it should be. They take pleaseure in fulfilling customers' needs. I have used them twice for parts for this old bit of kit and both times they have excelled in their service. Top clss service”
