“Started searching website for Karcher parts. An assistant popped up on screen and was extremely helpful and polite with both technical advice and purchase of the correct parts. Even sent links to parts diagrams as we chatted so I understood exactly what I was buying. There was one part that was missing (one sent instead of two). On noticing this I sent an email explaining what was wrong. I had a reply within the hour and true to their word the part was sent first class and with me next morning. I honestly cannot fault the service from start to finish!! Many thanks!”

Again despite opting for cheaper (slow) postage costs, item arrived within a few days of ordering. The seller was very good at communicating the state/stage of my order and also included with the item a small gift of a pen.
