“My first, albeit small purchase was for a detergent cap for my Karcher Pressure Washer. Although a few years old now, I was easily able to select and order from the website. Again despite opting for cheaper (slow) postage costs, item arrived within a few days of ordering. The seller was very good at communicating the state/stage of my order and also included with the item a small gift of a pen. Very commendable and I unreservedly give this seller 100% for service - a pleasure to deal with and totally hassle-free.”

“Ordered a spare for my Karcher pressure washer - nice and easy to find on this site because it had exploded diagrams to work from - so the process of identifying the exact part and ordering it was seamless, easy to do and complete. They update you on despatch details, and even tho I opted for the free postage option as I was not in any rush, the item was delivered in 48 hours - bonus!!!! Couldn't be happier to recommend this company - they have been saved in my 'favourite' bookmarks :) Russ”

“Septimus Spares have given me an excellent service. Initially I was able to discuss my requirements with a technically knowledgeable person. The online ordering procedure was very straight forward and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. As I was unable to accurately identify my equipment I had 2 possible part numbers to select from and I picked the wrong one. With one phone call the correct one was found and dispatched with a confirming email within 2-3hrs There was no quibbling over returning the first item. Will certainly use again and recommend this Company to anyone.”
