“Bought spares for my pressure washer. Extremely good web interface, very easy to navigate and find the correct parts. Parts were sent in good time and sensibly priced. The only slight negative was that I thought it should have been clearer which parts are not original maker but rather aftermarket parts. Can't fault the quality of the parts I received though. On the whole please with my purchase.”

“At last a website for Karcher spares with excellent parts diagrams. I couldn't quite see what I was looking for so rang up and spoke to a real live helpful person who didn't know the answer but promised to find out and ring me back, 10 mins later phone call with the answer to my problem so I ordered the spares online, chose the free deliver option and the parts arrive all present and correct 3 days later. Fantastic service, well done, thank you.”

“I came across Septimus spares through GOOGLE trying to see if I could find a new tiny rubber cap -tiny but vital for the proper function of my Karcher window vacuum. I couldn't see the exact part on the website but sent an email and had a speedy and friendly response with a link to the part. I reckon they popped it in an envelope there and then and it arrived in the next post. FANTASTIC customer service!”
