“My venerable but much loved Karcher K620m pressure washer failed the other day tripping out the earth leakage trip in the house. No panic, I was able to identify all the parts I needed on Septimus Spares' very easy to follow website with their exploded views with active part numbers etc. The parts arrived very quickly and soon normal operation had resumed on my pressure washer. I would recommend anyone needing parts for their Karcher kit to try Septimus Spares first.”

“Septimus Spares stands for SUPER SERVICE. I ordered four nozzles for my Karcher professional but ordered by mistake for the superceded model (due to the Karcher website not up to date). Septimus supplied my original order I explained what had happened and they said OK we will sort it. Three packages later to me and a paid envelope for return all sorted at NO EXTRA COST to me. “I phoned and immediately spoke to a very pleasant and helpful person who understood exactly what wanted and checked you had it in stock. I subsequently immediately ordered the item and received it the next day! moreover it was cheaper than a couple of other places where I wasn't able to check if the item was what I wanted. Most of all I liked the feeling I was dealing with real people in a small local style business who really cared! I will certainly use Septimus again, and visit the shop when next in Malton!”
