“Best company for Karcher spare parts (and I'm in Banbury where the UK HQ is) with very knowledgeable staff. I even got to learn the origins of the company's name! Delivery was very quick. Lots of notifications about placing the order/dispatch etc... Naturally I will use again!”

“Found what I needed to replace the plastic valve on my Kercher power wash. Very pleased that the replacement was made of brass. Once ordered I received it in quick time. A nice touch getting a free gift pen thrown in. Unfortunately having fitted the new valve I then discovered another cracked plastic part. Soon ordered a replacement (brass again) and fitted to my jet wash. Another free pen and I'm now up and running. Thank you Septimus.”
