“Only received half my order was told it would take a couple of days for the balance, I am waiting for this. It would be helpful when posting orders with a note explaining this so the customer is aware with a date when to expect the balance. Also, trouble getting through using your phone number, for some reason after a few rings a recorded message comes up saying we could not complete this call and then cuts you off!”

“Came quickly Bit off putting only outer bag for packaging so bit screwed up. Washed well though. Fitting a little snug on sizes as mentioned by other buyers. Generally pleased with purchase. Looks nicely made and value for money.”

“Hi, ordered 2 tops from them thinking that XL would fit but they were far too small.Im a 42 inch bust size,so ended up returning them for a 3XL which fitted perfect.No problems with returns,they were so helpful, thank you.Jayne Taylor”

“i ordered a sample of a dark purple backpack from you and the order came in good time thanks. just one thing on the bag. i would not describe it as being dark purple. very much lighter. that's all really. i am looking for a dark purple to match a brand i represent. photos on sites can be misleading due to lighting conditions i know but the image on the site does not match what i received. thanks.”

“Bought some small cotton bags to embroider. They came quickly and were a good price. Bags well made . Postage was £5.99 which seemed a bit steep. Overall a good service.”

“Dispatch & Delivery is the fastest I’ve come across, although the postage feels a little high if you’re just needing one item for a last minute order, the fact it’s often arrived the following day is very helpful. The only thing I would say is some of the colours on the website are quite different to what I have received, mainly on the backpacks.”
