“Got no notification re delivery. I paid £6 odd fordelivery. DPD did not try to deliver as I was in all day. They told me to pickit up three milesaway. I am 82 and disabled and have no neighbours. You agreedtorefund me. Waiting for that refund. Would order from you again but not via DPD. Had this trouble with them before. Many thanks. Edwina Ayres”

Hi Edwina, We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, it is in DPD's policy to send it to a local pickup store once there is a missed delivery. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and the issues you encountered with DPD when receiving your delivery. We understand how frustrating this may be, especially as you are disabled and cannot easily pick up the delivery miles from your home.
