“- Sent an enquiry 8.45am Monday. - Received a call at 9.00am to confirm a few details, which took about 5 mins for them to explain the process. - Recieved a text later that day to organise collected, asked for the next day, which was accepted. - Car collected by pleasant driver at 2.45pm on the Tuesday, who called 30 before hand to tell me he was coming. So start to finish the process was extremely quick. Very happy with the process.”

“my car was collected on the date stated. but the driver did not no what to do with my logbook or even fill the part of the new buyer trade ext . so he just said i will leave logbook in the car as I was under the imprrestion i was collecting for an insurance claim not for a scrap yard . so not very good communcation with bms salvage and copart the collecting company. but 5 stares for scrap car comparition.co.uk.”
