- Received a call at 9.00am to confirm a few details, which took about 5 mins for them to explain the process.
- Recieved a text later that day to organise collected, asked for the next day, which was accepted.
- Car collected by pleasant driver at 2.45pm on the Tuesday, who called 30 before hand to tell me he was coming.
So start to finish the process was extremely quick. Very happy with the process.
