“This was a good service however when we tried to call the number when the man was here to collect the vehicle we had call about 5 times before the phone was answered. The collection guy did say this was very unusual but he could not pick the vehicle up until we had got through.”

“They were quite reliable in collecting my vehicle which I sold for scrap because it was an old car that broke down on me on the way home from work. I sold it for scrap because it would have been too expensive to have the engine repaired and I was old enough for a free bus pass anyhow.”

“However, I was told i was going to get a call/confirmation through a letter of some kind that my car has been scraped. This did not come; heard nothing from the scrap dealers about this. It would be nice if you followup from the words that was given Never mind, take care.....have a wonderful Christmas when it comes.”

“I did a number of Internet searches to try and find a scrap dealership that would give me the best price for my old car. Scrapcarcomparison found me a local dealer offering a reasonable price. The dealer contacted me to arrange collection and even called when delayed in getting to me. Sound service that I've never used before but found them helpful and labour saving.”
