“I was really impressed at every step of the process. The initial discussions over the phone (to agree a price and arrange a pickup) were courteous in tone, clear and straightforward to understand, and hassle-free. The collection went really smoothly too; again, the customer service from the man who collected the car was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.”

“ScrapCarComparison did really, really well in my case, so I am pleased to receive an email from them today, inviting me to provide a review. I must confess that I was a very awkward customer. That's why I wish to preserve my anonymity - I don't want the general public to be aware I was stressed and a little unreasonable at the time. The first time some collectors turned up to collect my car, I actually sent them away, because I was furious that I had waited in a couple of hours longer than I had expected. It was not exactly the fault of ScrapCarComparison that the agents acting for them had given me a time for collection which they could not keep to. In fact I do not think the original agents turned up at all, so it was not really the fault of the collection agents who actually turned up at my house that they were not "on time", either. And all of these collection agents seem to have very tight schedules and work very hard, anyway. But I think ScrapCarComparison understood I was not happy, and they gave me another chance to have my car collected. I wanted another chance for selfish reasons, because I could not get a price from another company that was close to what ScrapCarComparison had offered me. I think ScrapCarComparison realised I had been very stressed and treated me with extreme kindness, and they had my car removed on another day, at the second attempt. My experience of ScrapCarComparison is that they are a great company who treat their customers very well and fairly. They provide excellent levels of customer service. With regard to those who collected or tried to collect my car, these agents were extremely helpful and professional and kind, as well. So despite my own awkwardness and the difficulties I caused because I was not in a happy frame of mind, I actually think that ScrapCarComparison and their collection agents were all amazing. So thank you ever so much, everyone. From Andrew (an awkward customer who was brilliantly-handled).”

“At a time when I was confused and anxious about having to dispose of my car I got in touch with Scrapcarcomparison and within a very short time everything was sorted out. Within two days my car had been removed and I had been paid. Excellent service.”

“I was very pleased with your service as you found me a buyer.I was less pleased with the buyer as they gave me £100 less than agreed as the top end of the engine had been stripped.Obviously I had to get it stripped to see the damage to see if it was economically repairable on my part.”

“For my 10 yr old non runner volvo they were amazing, very easy to use and deal with. However with my dads low value 15 yr old car, no response, so I guess they didnt want it. Would have been nice to get a more personal reply. Would still use again. Great stuff.”
