“The process took a lot longer than expected. Also they asked my husband if he would like to pay £5 and they would do all the paperwork. I don't know what this entailed because I had to send in the V5 form and I still got charged £17.50 tax on 1/7/19 when I had already sold the car to you the week before. So no I was not very happy with your service.”

“They do what they tell you, pay deposit, pick up car and pay your balance. Professional outfit. Would have gave 5 stars but thought they could have paid a wee bit more for my car.”

“I DO NOT BELIEVE I RECEIVED A FAIR PRICE FOR MY CAR, AND THEY STILL ASK FOR A £1 DONATION TO CHARITY SO I RECEIVED £149.00 OTHER THAN THE SLIGHT DELAY IN PAYMENT, I HAD TO PHONE TO FIND OUT WHY THE DELAY, THEY DID SAY THERE WAS A SYSTEM FAILURE/ PROBLEM. OTHER THAN THOSE FEW ITEMS EVERYTHING ELSE WHEN SMOOTHLY, THE PICK WAS TIMELY AND THE INITIAL PAYMENT WAS PROMPT.”
