“The whole process was very simple and straightforward. I phoned, they got me the best offer, I agreed the price and my car was picked up the next day with the money paid by bank transfer within a couple of hours. Very easy and hassle free. Would recommend this company”

“Good competitive quote, easy to follow instructions and fast collection, same day payment. Only issue was trying to get through to a local call handler on phone, overall would recommend though.”

“Everything was fine regarding payment by BMS Salvage. Problems occurred trying to arrange pick up of vehicle. Firm they use ( car collection ) were using a contractor ( On time!! - a most inapt name ). However, All was resolved when a young lady, by the name of Emma, from BMS sent four e - mails to Car Collection Manager. All thanks to Emma.”

“Overall great service. Only negative is that I was told the day prior to collection that I would receive a phone call approximately one hour before collection but that did not happen.”

“all in all good quick service Slight issue at time of collection With details past on about defects in car which weren’t marked down but resolved in the end and money paid by 6pm that day.”

“Very easy website to use, although I would recommend adding as much detail and photos as you can during the initial enquiry. You do have to speak to them as well but they were professional and efficient, pleasant to deal with and informative. Everything happened as they said it would and the process was very smooth.”
