“I received the item a bit delayed but it came in good conditions. However though, when building, it didn't turn out as the design online. The good thing is that their costumer service is great, replying to my emails and also refunding me the money.”

“Delivery came promptly. Which is a relief I have to say. Bags looks relatively small, but can cram in a few sweaters well. Just came today so too soon to judge wear & tear durability and moth protection levels. Figures X’d though a.”

“We recieved the vacuum packs, which all worked well. One big bag had a hole in it, however it was replaced straight away. The first replacement didn't arrive, but the second one did, when I asked again. The only reason for 4 stars.”

“There customer service (Emma) was exemplary. Very timely and helpful. Price of the products wash great value for money although quality of suit covers was questionable as zip came off and stitching came loose upon first use”

“placed my order at 1.35pm ,received it the next day at 10.00am unbelievable service,what carrier did they use ...Concorde, I did receive an e mail soon after placing my order stating I had recieved a free udgrade to 1st class mail , but even so that was quicker delivery than an e mail .lol also very happy with my product, 1st time i have used this company, but will definatley use again ,thank you so much regards steve”
