“I’ve bought scarves, a handbag and a brooch and always been delighted with my purchases. Excellent quality and good delivery. I didn’t like the colour of one scarf and it was exchanged with no problem.”

“Good quick service and in general good quality, but I bought face masks recently and one unfortunately did not have a lining. Pretty materials though.”

“I ordered 4 face masks and a handbag. The items arrived the day after ordering which was very impressive. I was very pleased with the items but the only thing I would say is that I ordered a child's mask for my daughter who is 8 but it was really tight so I will be unable to use. I think they are more suited to toddlers other than that I was really happy with the goods and the service from the Scarf Room.”

“Scarf came very promptly and the texture of the scarf feels as it should ..soft and gauze like. It's a good size so it is versatile. The colour is not quite as I had hoped.. it's a bit peachy and not baby pink.. It's very wearable however..”

“Good quality scarves - last one ordered in black is obviously fine but have three other colours and disappointed with the fact that not as bright as pictures on web site look. I asked for a bright yellow for Christmas but it looks like mustard.”
