“Wonderful products, excellent service. Bought matching items from this company (bag, shawl, fascinator) over a year ago for a wedding I was attending and they were fabulous. Latest purchase was a mystery item in their summer sale. I got a lovely winter shawl/scarf worth well over the price I paid. Love the products and this company would highly recommend them and their wonderful prompt completion of orders.”

“I've recently purchased a second Italian pashmina from the Scarf Room in cream; my previous purchase was in silver. Excellent product. I did have some contact with their Customer Services Team and was extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient they were. Will definitely be shopping again at this store for another pashmina, probably a different colour to add to my growing collection.”

“A great range of colours to choose from. I was undecided on the shade and customer service were happy to advise . I would say the taupe is slightly on the grey tone but quality is great. Scarf arrived in tissue paper .”
