“Unfortunately I received the wrong scarf, but this was rectified immediately and the correct one sent out first class. I am really pleased with quality and customer service.”

“I telephoned and the person who dealt with me was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I was quite excited about receiving my pashminas but foolishly didn't appreciate they weren't cashmere. I stupidly thought that they were but should have realised they weren't by the price! All my fault but in the end I have bought just one cashmere pashmina for the price of the three from you. I hope you have received them back they were sent on Saturday.”

“Hi I really love my new scarf and apart from the booking page of the website I cant fault the service. I was disappointed when I realised my booking had been processed and it didnt give me the option to put in my discount code and it didnt give me the option of an alternative shipping address. When I didnt hear from you on the Monday following my e-mail to you on Sunday I was a bit concerned as I hadnt appreciated that it was a bank holiday in England. Hannah called me on Tuesday and the shipping details were promptly sorted. Thank you”
