As a long time Scan customer I am not happy with service I received on this occasion. whats happened to putting the customer at the forefront and keeping them informed every step of the way with their order. At no point have I experienced any of this. I have had to ring on many occasions to chase up what was happening to my system build as I was receiving no communication via phone or email. The expected delivery date was pushed back on every occasion. when the system was finally built and ready for dispatch there was no communication on arranging delivery and the status of my order did not say it had been dispatched. I was shocked when scan emails me to say that the courier had attempted a delivery the next day and that there was no one to sign for it. I have contacted customer support to see what was going on and to see when the system can be delivered and at no point do I feel valued and why do I have to put in so much work in chasing all this up. I have reached the end of my tether, I'm not sure how your business works but you must improve communications with your valued customers. Having spent a lot on a system at no point would I say the experience has been good. I feel extremely let down and disappointed, having spent so much money the experience should be better. We do not expect things to go right all the time but a mark of a good company is how they can make sure they reflect on this and learn from this and make sure it doesn't happen to any other customers. I will be the judge but will no longer be recommending scan from now on. update on review. Manager Josh has acknowledged my feedback and criticism and apologised for the issues raised. I was compensated generously and Josh made a great effort in making sure things were made right afterwards. I have received my system which is beautifully constructed and is everything I expected. Thank you Josh just wished it went smooth all the way.

Not impressed my £3500 order turned up with practically every box dented due to impact with nothing wrapped or protected except a £4 heat sink

It is always disappointing to find out that your new product has actually been previously used (missing screen cover and odd mains cord set), a sign of the times I suppose, but when the monitor cost this much as this one does I expected different. Fast processing and next day delivery as normal, great job. However the monitor came with a faulty DisplayPort lead which had to be replaced. Overall a Good monitor, very happy with the screen. Be warned there is limit stand flexibility with this model (No swivel), just height and tilt adjust. On this occasion only 3 stars from me :(

Scan staff Very Helpful Olivia went beyond help full after the Currier did not deliver and claimed I refused delivery it went to Argos..(they don't refuse) then they said we were out second attempt (it went to Argos there not out) then third time they didn't log the delivery informed scan they had delivered Argos had the parcel however they couldn't release it with out the eBay FM code number that was never dispatched GREAT JOB there DPD Note don't use the delivery company get it to your self some other way Absolute Joke Scan great DPD appalling

Low prices, cheap shipping costs, excellent packing but I bought a processor, and they sent me a free game code which probably used 1000 times. I sent an e-mail to Intel, and they say this code "As Intel support service have checked from Intel record that due to multiple attempts your Master Key is blocked." So, product and goods are perfect, but in some cases, even, they can't provide full service to cover their small faults.

The pace he was delayed by 2 days and once I got to the pickup point I had to wait for 20 min while the only employee that apparently knew how to take a box off a shelf, pooped.

Bought several parts to build my PC a while back and I received everything within a few days exactly as ordered. Prices were quite fair compared to other retailers. I'd definitely recommend Scan to anyone looking for the best PC parts !!

Not a problem with Scan per-se, they seemed to be good at staying in touch and updating me with the progress of my build. But I cannot give a higher score as their choice in delivery service is abhorrent. DPD have caused nothing but stress and frustration for me with this build and as long as DPD is the courier of choice for Scan I won't be using them again.

Great Company to deal with in every aspect except delivery @ £7.00 + VAT this is astronomical. If they sort out there carriage I will buy from Scan again with out a doubt. Was originally written on Unbeatable.co.uk. James Johnson
