“Quick and efficient service”

“Your service was very good and my order was placed very quickly, however your 3rd party courier let you down in that they did not deliver all of the goods and subsequently they had to deliver the next day. unfortunately this cost me another days unplanned work and travel from Southampton to Aylesford which was a 200 mile round trip + 10hrs labour. I would however be happy to use you again and your website is very good, concise and offers everything that I would need.”
