“I had to file down one end of the bar in order for the bracket fitting to fit, lots of what appeared to be weld droplets? Pretty annoying Almost as annoying as the delivery note sticker you stick to the bar.. why stick it to the bar, takes an age to remove paper+adhesive”

Good afternoon Mark Thank you for your feedback. I am dissapointed to hear that you was not completely satisfied with your purchase. Would you kindly send a picture of the tube to our email so I can investigate this further with the manufacturer. With regards to packaging, we are trying to find the most suitable option as in the past we have had issues with labels coming off the parcels and causing delays with deliveries. We appreciate your feedback and I will look at improving your future experiences. Looking forward to your response. Scaffolding Supplies Limited
