“Rob was excellent, He gave me all the advice I needed and everything he said actually happened very rare these days. Well done it was a treat to have such service in this day and age. Just one point I thought I saw in your spread sheet that delivery was free over £50 but that didn't happen. Many thanks Tony Howard”
