“I placed a fairly large order. Later i received a phone call to say that one of the items i had placed an order for was a different size to the tube i had ordered (my mistake). i was extremely impressed and pleased that one of your team took the time to contact me and advise me of this and then made sure the correct size was sent out. Thankyou for this. I will deffinetly use you again and not even bother shopping around. keep up the customer service is goes a long way. i run a small-medium business myself and know how difficult it can be in these times. well done team and thankyou.”

“Fantastic company, spoke with them prior to buying a few times, always happy and free with advice. Very flexible to your needs strikes me as a very good old fashioned British company! Would buy for them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them with highest praise! Delivery driver was super and very friendly. Delivery is pricey to some people but remember this is hand delivered by the company professionally not just shoved on your porch. One scaffold pole has a rusty nut out of over 1k of equipment, which shows they are human, cost pennies to replace, I don't doubt if I had of spoke with them they would have done everything to sort it, but they are that good i wouldn't want to bother them over such a trivial matter. With many thanks again, Richard”
